Just found an excellent web property that’s being auctioned off on eBay - Debate.com For Sale For $3,000,000 minimum.

I hope this auction will inspire you to set up your own user generated content or community site. You can use your favorite keyword research tool and type in “debate” and get other “niche” debate community site ideas, such as “evolution vs. creation debate” or the “school uniforms debate” - that’s how you can compete with the big guys, unless you have $3,000,000 to spare
Once you established your presence in a niche debate, you can then expand your debate topic to other areas of interest.

Anyway, back to the auction, I had put in a 5-figure bid and I’d be damn lucky to get it at such a low price.
