Google Adsense Alternative
Here is another Google Adsense alternative to monetize traffic for your website.
I’m sure you have noticed those “free” ringtones, “free” ipod advertisements. Well, those are one of the prevalent CPA offers. As an publisher, you will get paid per action taken by your visitor. Most action calls for your visitor submitting an email or a zipcode, some call for completing a short lead form, or a free trial with credit card.
My wife keeps a blog called Baby Announcement Websites and she has several free baby offers on her navigation bar. She gets paid around $1 per email or zipcode submitted. Sounds easy?
If you are not familiar with CPA (Cost Per Action) offers, then have a look at AzoogleAds.com
Here is a tip for you to get accepted to the CPA network on your first trial. Always present yourself as a PPC advertiser. As a PPC advertiser, you do not need to submit a website to be reviewed, and CPA networks LOVE PPC advertisers - they are the driving force in getting high-quality leads to advertisers.
Now, I just received an email from AzoogleAds inviting me to try out their contextual delivery of CPA offers on my website. Like Google Adsense’s media bot that reads the context of your website and delivers the most relevant ads on your website, AzoogleAds will also be presenting relevant CPA offers directly on your website. This is exciting news because it presents another opportunity to test out CPA monetization for your website and see which method pays you better for your traffic.

I have another alternative to Adsense that I am working on - Links In Context. Similar to Text Link Ads, but for the smaller publisher. We are still in BETA, but I have high hopes for the program once it launches.
By the way - I saw that you use the “Magical Email” over at another blog - how did that work out for you?

Hey Eric,
That’s an interesting concept (links in context). Are publishers direct linking to advertisers’ sites? I can only imagine the links being redirect links so tracking/credit can be done correctly.
In terms of the “Magical Email” program. I came to James as not having a business online so he made me go through his info product creation course, putting it in Clickbank marketplace, and start promoting it with his directory submission software (Hermusa) and article submission software (Artemis). Is the information contained in the coaching valuable? Yes, it is, in my opinion. Is it worth the price (I paid $800)? No, you can simply read his blog from the beginning and extract the same information (by the way, find his post on his blog about info product creation, you can save yourself $100+ on his info product creation course because it’s the same material).
The first month made me say to myself, “No F*cking way I just paid James $800 on something I already know.” The real “gold” to me is information on how to systemize and automate the info product creation course, but I don’t think James was willing to let me jump straight into it on my first month.
